Finding and Order ordering that effective no later than October 15, 2018 each utility company shall restore and maintain service to those customers that have been disconnected for nonpayment and for those who have received a notice of disconnection; that no later than October 15, 2018 each utility company establish service for customers who request new service; that the utility companies comply with the Commission's directives as set forth in this Finding and Order. |
