Opinion and order stating that the joint stipulation filed on March 19, 2010, as revised to reflect a two-year phase-in of the new rate design, be approved and adopted in accordance; and the applications of Eastern and Pike for authority to adopt an alternative rate plan be granted; Eastern and Pike notify all customers of the new rate design via newspaper publication, a bill message, a special mailing, or a bill insert within 30 days of the effective date of the tariffs. |
