Finding & Order approving and adopting the existing Ohio Adm.Code 4901:2-6-01, 4901:2-6-02, 4901:2-6-03, 4901:2-6-04, 4901:2-6-05, 4901:2-6-06, 4901:2-6-07, 4901:2-6-08, and 4901:2-6-09 be rescinded; amended Ohio Adm.Code 4901:2-8-01, 4901:2-8-02, 4901:2-8-03,4901:2-21-01, 4901:2-21-03, 4901:2-21-05, 4901:2-21-06, 4901:2-21-07, and 4901:3-1-02 be adopted as amended; and existing Ohio Adm.Code 4901:2-8-04, 4901:2-21-02, 4901:2-21-04, 4901:3-1-01, and 4901:3-1-03; that the rescinded and adopted rules be filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the Secretary of State, and the Legislative Service Commission, in accordance with R.C. 111.15; that the final rules be effective on the earliest date permitted by law. Unless otherwise ordered by the Commission, the five-year review date for Ohio Adm.Code Chapters 4901:2-8, 4901:2-21, and 4901:3-1 shall be in compliance with R.C. 119.032. |
