Opinion and Order that the Commission finds that the long-term forecast report of Ohio Power Company dba AEP Ohio for 2018 complies with R.C. 4935.04(F), except as otherwise determined in this Opinion and Order, as it fails to demonstrate a need, under any offered definition of the term, for at least 900 megawatts of renewable generating facilities, pursuant to R.C. 4928.143(B)(2)(c). Accordingly, phase II of these proceedings will not be necessary electronically filed by Docketing Staff. |
