Entry ordered, that Duke's motion for a modification of the procedural schedule be granted. It is further, ordered, that the parties adhere to the procedural schedule contained in finding (6). - Finding (6) Accordingly , staff and intervenor testimony will be due on November 18, 2011, and Duke's supplemental testimony will be due on November 22, 2011.
