Finding and Order ordering that the tariff revisions of The Ohio Edison Company and the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company as filed on January 24 and 28, 2005, and The Toledo Edison Company's tariff revision filed on January 24, 2005 are approved; that the Office of the Ohio Consumers' Counsel motion to intervene is denied; that the effective date of the new tariffs shall be a date not earlier than both the date of the F&O and the date upon which the copies of the final tariffs are filed with the Commission; that the Ohio Edison Co, The CEI Co., and The Toledo Ed. Co shall notify affected customers of the tariff changes within 30 days of the effective date; that case is closed of record. |
