In the matter of the application of VarTec Telecom, Inc. to revise its tariff, PUCO No. 4, to introduce a monthly access fee to the following services: VarTec's FiveLine Service, VarTec's New DimeLine Service and VarTec Voice Service; 2) reduce the Alternative Payment Processing Fees; 3) introduce a monthly access fee to VarTec's TollSaver Service-Special Promotion 0.3VT and to Clear Choice's Basic One Plus Promotions A and E; and 4) make text changes to New DiveLine Service-Customer Conversion. |
