Entry ordered, that affected telephone, electric, water, and sewage disposal companies and gas marketers shall revise the message on their subscriber bills to reflect that residential customers may call the OCC from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays instead of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays; that any company or marketer that will require more than 180 days to exhaust their existing billing stock or any company or marketer that will require more that 120 to make the programming change shall inform the chief of the Commission's Public Interest Center within 90 days of the date of this entry. |
