(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Applicant proposes to amend certificate by modification of the first restriction above. RESTRICTED to the transportation of packages, parcels or articles not exceeding 150 lbs., and each package, parcel or article shall be considered as a separate and distinct shipment, with no limit on aggregation. AND BY ADDITION OF THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTION. RESTRICTED AGAINST the use of tractor-trailer units, except when either (1) transporting shipments between terminals owned or leased by certificate holder or its authorized agents; of (2) transporting packages, parcels or articles not exceeding one hundred (100) pounds in weight, with no limits on aggregation. |
