(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to Gallia County, Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST the trans- portation of limber, livestock, farm products, beer, feed and fertilizer, scrap iron, gasoline and fuel oil, tile, brick, sewer pipe, road building materilas, commodities usually transported in dump trucks, property, which because of size or weight requires special equipment to load, unload or transport, favricated steel, seed, fence, twine, farm supplies, grain, household goods, office furniture and fixtures. RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of dry bulk commodities in tank and hopper vehicles and against the transportation of liquefied petroleum gas. Except where otherwise authorized herein, the use of closed van trailers on shipments originating at or detined to points on U.S. Route 35 shall be limited to shipments moving as truckload. |
