Entry ordering that projects for the installation of additional protective devices be authorized for the public grade crossings identified in Finding 5 and Finding 6; that the preliminary engineering and construction costs associated with these installation projects be funded as set fur- forth in Finding 7; that the railroads file with the Commission mission's Railroad Division as soon as possible site plans, cost estimates, and proposed time schedules for the instalation of automatic protective devices at the crossings as set forth in Finding 6; that the installation projects be completed by May 21, 1999.
