Supplemental Finding & Order that the Commission orders dated September 16, 1993, and March 16, 1994, for Columbus Southern, and September 9, 1993, March 16, and March 30, 1994, for Ohio Power, respectively, are hereby amended and modified to extend the authorization to issue the remaining CSP bonds by Columbus Southern, and the remaining OP bonds and preferred stock by Ohio Power through March 9, 1996; that in all other respects, the Commission orders shall remain in full force and effect.
