Supplemental Finding & Order stated the two-way, flat-rate EAS be instituted. That Champaign submit by no later than October 15, 1998 any additional information that it wishes to have the Commission consider regarding its request for authorization to impose a flat-rate EAS surcharge in this case. Also that any person or party wishing to respond to such additional information as Champaign may timely come to file, must do so within a written response filed in this case on or before October 30, 1998.
