Finding and Order stating that the stipulation is adopted and approved and that by March 21, 2006, CSX submit to the Commissions Railroad Division, site plans and cost estimates, CSX shall notify Staff and the Township at least 5 working days before the date work is scheduled to begin at the project site and notify Staff of any changes in the scope of work, cost overruns, materials, etc. which are not in the approved plans, CSX to complete the project on or before December 21, 2006. |
