Entry ordering that SBC's request to use allocations from the Customer Fund for additional advanced services deployment in Appalachia, the broadband pilot community, and the implementation of 2-1-1 service is granted to the extent as discussed in this entry, that SBC's request to use an allocation from the Customer Fund for the broadband outreach program and air pressure system rehabilitation is denied, that SBC shall work with Commission staff to clarify the 2-1-1 service tariff (Case No. 01-3058-TP-ATA), ordered that the various participants involved in the approved initiatives will work with staff prior to the implementation of the initiatives, that SBC shall provide Commission staff with a bimonthly accounting of the progress of the initiatives. |
