Entry ordering that the companies are authorized to file in final form four complete printed copies of tariffs consis- tent with the findings of this entry, and to cancel and withdraw its superseded tariffs; that the companies shall immediately commence notification to their customers of the increase in rates authorized herein by insert or attachment to their billings, by special mailing, or by a combination of these methods.
