Service from and to points in Amanda, Marion, Monroe, Jackson, Auglaize, Spencer, Sugar Creek and Richland Townships, except where otherwise authorized. 3. Transportation of farm commodities, livestock, lime, grain, feed, fertilizer, tent shows and property requiring low, heavy-duty trailers. 4. Services from and to points within three (3) miles of Lima, Ohio, as its boundaries existed on May 20, 1986, except where otherwise authorized. 5.
