Investigation initiated for the purpose of determining whether Rule 4901:1-9-06, O.A.C, which governs the reten- tion of records by electric companies subject to the jurisdiction of this Commission, should be revised and whether proposed Rules 4901:1-13-23 and 4901:1-15-15, O.A.C which would govern the retention of records by gas and water companies subject to the jurisdiction of this Commission should be adopted. All electric, gas and water companies and all interested persons are invited to file written comments by June 1, 1986 and reply comments by June 23, 1986. |
