Entry ordering that the sample ballot set forth in the October 8, 1998 finding and order, the complainants shall conduct a canvass the South Lebanon subscribers, submit the ballots they collect, and report the results of their covass, all by no later than February 8, 1999. Sprint and Cincinnati Bell shall review the submitted ballots and report the results of their review to the Commission by February 22, 1999. The Commission October 8, 1998 finding and order shall remain in full force and effect. (AE) |
