Service from and to points in Amanda, Marion, Monroe, Jackson, Auglaize, Spencer, Sugar Creek and Rich- land Townships, except where otherwise authorized. 3. The transportation of farm commodities, lime, grain, feed, fertilizer, tent shows and property requiring low heavy- duty trailers. 4. Service from and to points within three (3) miles of Lima, Ohio as its boundries existed May 20, 1986, except where otherwise auhtorized. 5.
