(THIRD AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Williams County. RESTRICTED, except where otherwise authorized: (1) AGAINST the transportation of household goods, office furniture and fixtures; petroleum and petroleum products, in bulk, in tank vehicles; property requiring low, heavy-duty trailers or requiring vehicles equipped with mechanical refrigeration; commodities usually transported in dump trucks and unloaded by dumping. (2) AGAINST service from and to Bryan, Ohio, and the Montpelier Commercial Zone as each bpundaries existed on July 1, 1987. (3) AGAINST service from and to Stryker, Ohio and points within three (3) miles of Stryker, Ohio, as its boundaries existed on July 1, 1987. (4) AGAINST service from and to points in Section No. 3, 4, 5, 6, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34, in the northern part of Jefferson Township, as the same as recorded in the Williams County Engineer's Office. (5) AGAINST service from and to points and places on, or bordering immediately upon, U.S. Route 6, U.S. Alternate Route 20, U.S. Route 127 between the Defiance/Williams County Line and the intersection of U.S. Routes 127 and 20; State Routes 2, 15, 49, 66, 107 and 191; State Route 34 between Bryan and the Indiana/Ohio line; State Route 576 between Williams Center and the intersection of State Route 576 and U.S. Route 20 at Greyhound; County Road 576 and U.S. Route 20 at Greyhound; County Road 13 between Kunkle and the intersection of County Road 13 and U.S. Route 20; West Unity-Alvordton Road between West Unity and Alvordton Road between West Unity and Alvordton; County Road 22A between the intersection of County Road 22A and U.S. Route 6 and the Defiance/Williams County line: County Road 456 betwwen Bryan and the intersection of County Road 456 and State Route 191; County Road 14 between Pioneer and the intersection of County Roads 14 and 74; County Road 74 between the intersection of County Roads 14 and 74 and the intersection of County Roads 14 and 74 and the intersection of County Roads 74 and 30; and County Road 30 between the intersection of County Roads 74 and 30 and the intersection of County Road 30 and State Route 49. |
