Opinion & Order that Stand's motion to strike the supple- mental brief of CG&E is denied and Stand's reply (included in its motion to strike) is accepted; that Stand's complaint is granted as set forth herein; that, as part of the ongoing gas choice program, CG&E shall report to Stand, the Commis- sion's Utilities Department staff, and the other participat- ing suppliers about the impact of changes in the TSQ formula and the use of interim reconciliations (when compared to prior years); CG&E shall accept feedback and consider fur- ther changes; also, CG&E shall explore other possible approaches to lessen imbalances and recondiliations (and their impact) and present such to suppliers and the Commis- sion's Utilities Department staff for discussion and con- sideration.
