Finding & Order that, with the exception of the implementa- tion cost recovery MOU rate, the proposed application is approved; that the request by Benton Ridge Telephone Co. for a waiver from the August 8, 1997, intraLATA toll presub- scription implementation deadline for the New Bavaria and North Creek exchanges in approved; that the applicant's deadline for the implementation of intraLATA toll presub- scription in the New Bavaria and North Creek exchanges is December 1, 1997; that applicant file their proposed MOU rate for incremental cost recovery no later than December 16, 1998; the recovery mechanism will become effective on the 31st day after the applicant files its proposed MOU rate and this case shall be automatically closed of record.
