Entry ordering that the proposed tariffs of CG&E are approved as filed on November 1, 2005, and further revised on November 14, 2005; that the applicant is authorized to file in final form four complete copies of tariffs consistent with this order. One copy shall be filed with this case docket, one copy shall be filed with the applicant's TRF docket and the remaining two copies shall be designated for distribution to the electricity division of the Commission's utilities department. The applicant shall also update its tariffs previously filed electronically with the Commission's docketing division; that the proposed tariffs be effective pursuant to their terms and upon filing in final form, on a bills-rendered basis; that CG&E shall notify all affected customers via a bill insert or bill message no later than 60 days after the effective date of the proposed tariffs; that nothing in this order shall be binding upon this Commission in any future proceeding or investigation involving the justness or reasonableness of any rate, charge, rule or regulation. |
