Opinion & Order that the request for two-way, nonoptional, flat-rate EAS between the Newcomerstown Exchange and the New Philadelphia Exchange is granted, contingent upon Ameritech obtaining from the FCC a waiver of the restric- tion against providing interLATA telephone service; that the request for two-way, nonoptional, flat-rate EAS, or any alternative form of EAS, between the Newcomerstown Exchange and the Baltic, Beach City, Berlin, Bolivar, Bowerston, Brewster, Dellroy, Mineral City, Navarre, Strasburg, Sugar Creek, Uhrichsville, and Wilmont exchanges is denied and that those exchanges are dismissed from this proceeding.
