(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property, except household goods, office furniture and fixtures, from and to Williams County, Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST: 1. Transportation of petroleum and petroleum products, in bulk, in tank vehicles; property requiring low, heavy-duty trailers; commodities usually transported in dump trucks and unloaded by dumping; commodities requiring vehicles equipped with mechanical refrigeration; 2. Service from and to points in Montpelier, Ohio Commercial Zone as defined September 1, 1987; 3. Service from and to Bryan, Ohio as defined on September 1, 1987; 4. Transportation of property from and to Stryker, Ohio and points within three (3) miles thereof, except where origin or destination is otherwise authorized; 5. Transportation of property from and to points in Jefferson Township, Williams County, Ohio, specifically Sectiion numbers 3,4,5,6,27,27,29,30,31,32,33, and 34 (in the northern part of Jefferson Township), as the same are recorede in the County Engineers Office of Williams County. 6. Transportation of property (except traffic originating at Toledo) from and to points on State Route 2 between Stryker, Ohio and Williams/Fulton County line: points on U.S. Highway 127 between Bryan, Ohio and its intersection with U.S. Alternate Highway 20; and points on U.S. Alternate Highway 20 between its intersection with U.S. 127 and Williams/Fulton County Line. |
