Entry ordering that the request proceed as a self-complaint case and for Suburban to notify customers of it's proposed meter furnishing tariff by March 25, 2004 and present proof and unless the Commission receives a request for oral hearing and/or motion to intervene on or before 4/8/2004 the meter furnishing policy will be decided on the basis of the information contained in the company's 1/12/2004 amended filing and this matter remain open until otherwise ordered by the Commission. |
