Opinion and Order denying the request for two-way, non- optional, flat-rate EAS between Croodsville Exchange of United Telephone Company of Ohio and the Roseville Exchange of the Ohio Bell Telephone Company and that the Commission will make no determination at this time regarding the requested EAS between the Crooksville Exchange of United and the Zanesville and New Lexington Exchanges of Ohio Bell pending the receipt of additional information and within 60 days of this order, United and Ohio Bell shall provide information required as discussed above. |
