Entry ordering that Teledial submit the information requested in Finding (3) by 8/28/90; that Teledial cause publication of legal notice in accordance with Finding (4) by 8/28/90, and present proof of publication to the Commission by 9/11/90, including a notarized statement from each newspaper in which publication is made which attests to the particular county in which it is pub- lished; unless the Commission receives a written state- ment objecting to the granting of this application for good cause by 9/11/90, this matter shall be decided on the basis of the information contained in the applications and affidavits submitted by applicant.
