Entry ordering that operations pursuant to Certificate Nos. 11234-I, 11645-I, 11661-I, 60214-I and 80937-I, in the name of Gravel Trucking Co. dba Eagle Expediting, Inc., a Division of Gravel Trucking Co. be suspended for a period of one year from the date of journalization of this entry, and that Gravel shall not be required to maintain insurance coverage during the term of suspension and that Gravel continue to purchase the annual tax decals and timely file its annual financial report during the term of its suspension, ordering that Gravel shall notify the Commission and file the appropriate insurance coverage prior to resuming any operations. |
