Entry ordering that the certificates and approvals listed herein and previously granted to Northeast Ohio Natural Gas Corp., Ohio Edison Company, and Mid-Atlantic Energy Development Co. for the construction and operation of the described electric facilities and natural gas pipelines shall be transferred to Generation; that, as a result of these transfers, Generation shall be bound by and comply with all terms and conditions of these certificates and approvals.
