(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Licking and Union Townships, Licking County. RESTRICTED AGAINST: (1) Service from and to points in the Newark Commercial Zone as its boundaries existed on August 10, 1990, except where otherwise authorized herein. (2) Transportation of commodities in bulk, household goods, office furntiure and fixtures, property requiring trans- portation in low, heavy-duty trailers and property in armored vehicles. (3) Service from and to points and places on, or bordering immediately upon,U.S. Route 40 and State Routes 13 and 79, except where otherwise authorized herein. |
