Supplemental Opinion & Order that GTE North and Century shall institute two-way, nonoptional, measured-rate EAS between the Oberlin exchange and the Wellington and Lorain exchanges, and the date for implementing this service will be established by a subsequent Order; that the request for two-way, nonoptional, flat-rate EAS between the Oberlin and Elyria exchanges is granted, contingent upon the conduct and filing of a canvass of the Oberlin subscribers which shows that a substantial majority is willing to pay the appropriate rates; denying Alltel's request for an increase in local monthly service rates resulting from the institution of flat-rate EAS between the Elyria and Oberline exchanges; that GTE North provide a list of all Oberlin subscribers to the complainants within 30 days, and that the complainants canvass the Oberlin sub- scribers and report the results to the Commission by 8/2/93; GTE North should review the ballots and report the results of their review no later than 30 days after ballots are filed. |
