Finding & Order that Blackstone is authorized to provide intrastate, interexchange telecommunication services in the state of Ohio as a switchless rebiller; that, if Black- stone intends to provide local prepaid calling card service or other local exchange services, it will be required to obtain prior Commission authorization; that this case remain open until otherwise ordered by the Commission; that Docket- ing Division of the Commission maintain the contract be- tween Blackstone and AT&T Corp., which was filed with the Commission on April 29, 1999, under seal for 18 months from the date of this order; that any party wishing to extend this confidential treatment should file an appropriate motion in this docket at least 45 days in advance of the expiration of this protective order.
