Entry that EVA shall submit a draft audit report to Staff by April 13, 2012, and shall file its final audit report by April 27, 2012 also With respect to Audit 3, the auditor selected to perform the management/performance and financial audit shall submit a draft report to Staff by April 19, 2013, and shall file its final audit report by May 3, 2013. Any conclusions, results, or recommendations formulated by the auditor may be examined by any participant to the proceedings for which the audit report was generated. (JJT) |
