Second Supplemental Finding and Order ordering that two-way nonoptional, flat-rate EAS between the Mt. Orab exchange and the Cincinnati, Clermont, and Williamsburg exchange be instituted within 12 months of GTE's receipt of a waiver from the district court it further ordered that within 30 days of the filing of this second supplemental finding and order GTE shall file an application for a waiver from the district court which would authorize GTE to provide inter- LATA telecommunications service between the Mt. Orab exchange and the Cincinnati, Clermont, and Williamsburg ex- change, and ordering that GTE and CBT establish an in-service date within one month of the date of GTE's receipt of a waiver, GTE and CBT authorized to file three copies of revised tariff sheets reflecting the establishment of the two-way, nonoptional EAS.
