Opinion & Order that the request for two-way, nonoptional, flat-rate EAS, between the Powhattan Point Exchange and the Beallsville, Clarington, Duffy, Martins Ferry-Bridgeport, St. Clairsville, Woodsfield, Moundsville, New Martinsville, Wheeling (Zone 1), and Woodsdale exchanges is denied, and this case is dismissed and closed of record; that Western Reserve shall, within a reasonable period of time not to exceed 90 days from the date of this order, notify all of its subscribers in the Powhattan Point Exchange of the opportunity to subscribe to optional calling services. |
