Entry ordering that the arbitration hearing in 97-152 be held at 9:00 a.m. on April 8, 1997, and continue on April 9, 10, and 11, 1997, at the Commission offices; oral argu- ments shall begin at 9:00 a.m. on April 16, 1997; that the parties' arbitration packages be filed in 97-152 and a copy served upon the other party by 5:00 p.m. on April 2, 1997; that all outstanding discovery requests in 97-152 must be completed and served by the parties no later than April 4, 1997; that 97-152, 96-1317, and 96-899 shall proceed as set forth in this entry; that the alternative regulation appli- cation is accepted for filing as of February 5, 1997; that preliminary objections to the alternative regulation appli- cation be filed in 96-899 within 30 days of the date of this entry and responses 15 days thereafter; that the proposed newspaper notice submitted by CBT is approved for publica- tion; that the staff conduct an investigation of the pro- posed alternative regulation plan; that motions to intervene and objections to the staff report be filed in 96-899 within 30 days after the date the staff report is filed; that dir- ect, expert testimony be filed in 96-899 no later than the deadline for filing objections to the staff report; that the intervention requests of Time Warner, OCC, the Cincinnati Zoo, AT&T, and MCI in 96-899 are granted.
