Finding and Order that OCC's and Direct's motions to intervene be granted, that AEP Ohio's application to revise its gridSMART rider rate be approved, as modified herein, consistent with this Finding and Order and that AEP Ohio shall file a compliance schedule and proposed tariffs consistent with this Finding and Order, subject to review and approval by the Commission. The proposed tariffs shall be filed with the Commission within seven calendar days after the issuance of this Finding and Order. |
