Supplemental Finding & Order that the bilateral agreement submitted on October 10, 1996, is approved in accordance with the provisions of this Order; that any standards or interfaces established by the committee shall be docketed in this case on a going forward basis; that no changes in the proposed agreement shall occur without Commission appro- val; that no assignment or transfer of the rights and re- sponsibilities provided under this agreement shall occur without Commission approval; that the parties are relieved of the prior requirement to provide biweekly updates on the status of the contract negotiations.
