Letter explaining pursuant to a motion for protective order Exelon Generation Company, LLC filed three copies of the testimony of Joseph Dominguez under seal and 20 copies of a redacted version. The testimony had one attachment which was redacted in the public version, but should have been attached to the three confidential copies of the testimony. Fortunately when the confidential testimony was served on all parties of record who had signed the confidentiality agreement, the service copies did not have the confidential attachment filed by M.H.
