Finding and Order that the attached amended rules at Ohio Adm.Code 4901:1-16-01, 4901:1-16-02, 4901:1-16-04, and 4901:1-16-06 be adopted. It is, further, ORDERED, That existing Ohio Adm.Code 4901:1-16-03, 4901:1-16-05, and 4901:1-16-07 through 4901:1-16-15 be adopted with no changes. It is, further, ORDERED, That the adopted rules be filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the Secretary of State, and the Legislative Service Commission, in accordance with divisions (D) and (E) of R.C. 111.15. |
