Opinion & Order that the complainants' request for two-way, nonoptional, flat-rate EAS between the Wilmot Exchange and the Wooster Exchange is granted provided that a substantial majority of the Wilmot Exchange subscribers is willing to pay appropriate rates for the service; that the complainants canvass the Wilmot Exchange subscribers and report the results to the Commission by March 19, 2001; that this case remain open until otherwise ordered by the Commission; that the complainants' request for one-way, measured-rate EAS be instituted from the Wilmot Exchange to the Kidron Exchange and two-way,measured-rate EAS between the Wilmot and Apple Creek exchanges is granted; that all other requests for EAS are denied. |
