Entry ordering that Ohio Bell submit to the Commission by 8/23/91, under seal, a copy of all documents and items of information listed in the AOP which it claims to be confidential; that Ohio Bell file with the Commission and hand deliver to all intervenors its arguments in support of retaining the confidentiality of information submitted pursuant the preceding paragraph by 8/23/91; that the intervenors shall be granted until 8/29/91 to respond to Ohio Bell's arguments for maintaining the confidentiality of information submitted pursuant to this entry, and the revelance of such information in this proceeding; that prefiled direct testimony shall be submitted to the Commission in two sets: one set, which may contain informa- tion which Ohio Bell considers confidential, shall be served upon Attorney Examiner Jeffrey R. Jones, in tri- plicate; the other set, containing non-proprietary information, should be filed and served in accordance with the Commission's rules; Ohio Bell shall file its prefiled direct testimony by 8/26/91 and the intervenors shall file their prefiled direct testimony by 9/3/91; that post hearing briefs shall be submitted to the Commission in two sets: one set, which may contain information which Ohio Bell considers confidential, shall be served upon Attorney Examiner Jeffrey R. Jones, in triplicate; the other, consisting of redacted copies with confidential information deleted, shall be filed and served in accordance with the Commission's rules; requests for corrections to the trans- cript shall be by motion and should be filed with the post hearing brief; memoranda contra to requests for corrections should be filed with the reply briefs.
