(AMEDNED AUTHORITY) Transportation of shippers commodities between poitns in the State of Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST bulk commodities which require special sanitation and/or which by reason of their sesceptibility to damage and moisture and/or loss in transit, loading or unloading and protection against the elements, except asphalt, liquids, cements, coal, slag, gravel, cinders and aggregates when in rock form, require the use of special equipment, from and to the following counties in Ohio: Allen, Astabula, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Columbiana, Cuyahoga, Coshocton, Crawford, Clermont, Deleware, Definace, Franklin, Greene, Gallia, Guernsey, Hamilton, Hocking, Huron, Jackson, Jefferson, Knox, Lawrence, Lake, Licking, Lorain, Logan, Marion, Meigs, Morgan, Montgomery, Mahoning, Muskinghan, Medina, Perry, Pickaway, Richland, Ross, Sandusky, Seneca, Scioto, Stark, Summit, Warren, Washington, Wayne, Wyandot, Van Wert, and Vinton. RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of bulk commodities from and to Canton, Toledo, Dayton and Columbus, Ohio, and their respective Commercial Zones as at June 1, 1992. RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of hydrofluosilicic acid from and to Cleveland, Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of plastics, resins, plasticizers, and latexes from and to Avon Lake, Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of liquid chemicals in bulk in tank vehicles from and to Ashtabula, Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of chlorinated parafin in bulk in tank vehicles from and to Painesville, Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of liquid latex in bulk in tank vehicles from and to Ashland, Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of liquid chemicals from and to Painesville Township, Lake County, Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of foundry core compounds in bulk in tank vehicles from and to Madison, Ohio. |
