(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of recycled or recyclable combustible hazardous waste products and by- products between points in Ohio. RESTRICTED, on van traffic, to truckload shipments with no more than three (3) stop-offs in transit. (2) Transportation in tank vehicles of recycled or recyclable liquid hazardous waste products or by- products, between points in Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of gasoline, kerosene, fuel oil, diesel oil and fuel grade alcohol. |
