Finding and Order that the motions pro hac vice be granted; That Ohio Adm.Code Chapter 4901:1-3, as set forth in the appendix to this Finding and Order, is hereby adopted. It is, further, ORDERED, That copies of Ohio Adm.Code Chapter 4901:1-3, as set forth in the appendix to this Finding and Order, be filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the Legislative Service Commission, and the Secretary of State in accordance with divisions (D) and (E) of R.C. 111.15. It is, further, ORDERED, That to the extent not addressed in this Finding and Order or the attached appendices, all other arguments raised are denied. It is, further, ORDERED, That Ohio Adm.Code 4901:1-7-23 be rescinded upon the effective date of Ohio Adm.Code Chapter 4901:1-3. |
