Entry ordering that in accordance with the above findings, the complainants' response to the respondent's August 20, 1996 pleading shall be considered timely if filed on or before September 9, 1996. Meanwhile, any reply by the respondent shall be due on or before September 16, 1996; it is further ordered that the complainants shall be granted an extension of time until October 30, 1996 for filing a memorandum contra in response to the respondent's August 1, 1996 motion to dismiss.
