Entry ordering that O&P submit to the commission and ORDC site plans and cost estimates for the project by September 15, 2005; that by September 22, 2005, O&P file a letter advising site plans and cost estimates to the Commission; that the following approval of site plans and cost estimates by ORDC, O&P proceed with construction of the project with construction to be completed by June 15, 2006; the O&P follow detailed instructions as outlined in the ORDC letter of construction; the O&P notify the Commission and ORDC 30 days before projected date of completion. |
