Service from and to points in Amanda, Marion, Monroe, Jackson, Auglaize,, Spencer, Sugar Creek and Richand Townships, except where otherwise authorizd. 3. The trans- portation of farm commodities, livestock, lime, grain, feed, fertilizer, tent shows and property requiring low heavy-duty trailers. 4. Service from and to points within three (3) miles of Lima, Ohio as its boundaries existed May 20, 1986, except where otherwise authorized. 5.
